Al Cialella
Al Cialella has been working with men one-on-one and in small groups for more than 16 years encouraging men to follow Jesus and His example to become better husbands, fathers, and men of God.
Al believes many of society's problems stem from men not really knowing how to be the husbands, fathers, and men of God that they should be. He believes we can positively influence each other with small groups that encourage men to "press on toward the mark." The accountability is invaluable; the friendship is uplifting.
Dr. Ross Geldart was born to a Baptist minister, William, and his wife, Kathleen. His father's deep love for the Lord and compassion made a positive impact on Dr. Ross's early life. William taught Ross that when things weren't going right, take them to the Lord.
Remembering God's words, "to whom much is given, much is required," Ross joined the Gideon's and a men's small group ministry. Dr. Ross met Al Cialella and became co-host of the Calling All Men radio and now television show.
Dr. Ross encourages men to submit to the lordship of Christ over their lives to be transformed into better husbands, fathers, and men of God.
So what do Al and Dr. Ross do when they are not working with men? Al is an electrician with the MBTA in Boston and Dr. Ross has recently retired from his orthodontist practice! It's great to see how the Lord uses ordinary men as voices to proclaim His gospel and call men closer to Him.
